DEMOS

Merriam-Webster Dictionary lists the word "demo" as 1) an example of a product that is not yet ready to be sold 2) an act of showing someone how something is used or done.
The Haven's definition is in accordance with the above.
All products on the premises are bought by the Haven to allow one the privilege and privacy of listening to a particular piece or system in the quiet of a home setup. These display/demo pieces are not for sale until they are either discontinued by the manufacturer or the Haven.
There is a growing trend in the hobby for one to call for "demo pricing", essentially an expected discount on current product. The Haven does not participate in such a tactic, and does not look kindly to those that do. There is much time, effort, and moneys that go into having product on the demo floor, for your listening pleasure and knowledge. The Haven choses products with the utmost care for their musicality and emotional rewards, to give one the most out of their investment.  Please be respectful of that.
